Hello, my name is Ronald L. Harsh and I am a forty-three year old software engineer. I am originally from the country of Iceland, but now live in the United States of America with my wife and my two cats. We recently moved to Wausau, WI from Stevens Point, WI in order to seek out a more "quite life".

Every since the age of 6, I have been fascinated with software development, having developed my first application on an Atari 2600 in the MOS 6502 which is an assembly programming language (i.g., low-level language).

By the age of eighteen, I decided that I wanted to become a professional wrestler, so I did just that.

I wrestled until the age of twenty-eight when I suffered an injury and was forced into an early retirement from the sport.

Fast forward about thirteen years, and I finally found myself getitng married to my wife and in need of a stable career. Lucky for me I never forgot my passion of software development. I enrolled in Nicolet Technical College and obtained a degree in IT - Web Software Design.

Now here I am, motivated to continue onwards and obtain my masters in Information Technology so that I can become the first college graduate in my family.
